MINDFUL MORNING YOGA
Julie is a 200-hour certified yoga instructor e-RYT200, Certified Holistic Health Coach and Massage Therapist. She has a well-rounded understanding of how to incorporate natural healing through self-care into one’s lifestyle.
Julie has been active most of her life but began practicing yoga after a hip injury from running left her to find other ways to exercise. After going to her first yoga class in 2008, she thought it was so difficult she didn’t return for a year. She decided to give it another try and found a steady yoga practice that was challenging but relaxing, joyful, and meditative at the same time. This is where her love for yoga truly began. Julie teaches vinyasa flow, gentle and restorative yoga.
She has a great sense of humor and it reflects in her classes which are always playful and fun. They are great for people who like to stay active no matter what the age. You will walk away feeling balanced in mind, body, and spirit.
