Dear Members,
On behalf of the entire club membership, I would like to thank everyone that volunteered to participate in this year’s Spring Clean-Up event held on Saturday April 13, from 9 a.m. to Noon.
We had (60+) volunteers that joined together to prepare the club for our Friday, April 26th opening of the House (Bar & Kitchen) and the upcoming season. The leadership team included Building (Ed Thayres, Chair), Grounds (John Applegate & David Finter, Co-Chairs), House (Cory Wingerter & Todd Elsasser, Co-Chairs), VC Tim Newman, RC Brad Wright, and FC Ken Dolan. It was a highly productive event.
Volunteerism continues to be the heart & soul of LYC. If you haven’t already volunteered, there will be many opportunities to do so throughout the season. Volunteering is a fine way to have fun, meet new friends and contribute to our club’s success.
